What is EMA Strategy ?
If I talk broadly about this strategy then it is a trend following strategy. This strategy depends on two EMA, one has 20 and the other has 9. By using these two EMA we will take a Trade. As soon as the smaller EMA (9) crosses the bigger EMA (20) We will get it. and 9 EMA it will cross 20 EMA and go down further, then we will remain to sell it.
- Fast EMA – 9 EMA (reacts quickly to price)
- Slow EMA – 20 EMA (smoother and more stable)
Entry Rules :
- Buy Signal: When 9 EMA crosses above 21 EMA ➝ Go Long
- Sell Signal: When 9 EMA crosses below 21 EMA ➝ Go Short or Exit
Stop Loss :
- Place SL just below the recent swing low (for long)
- Place SL just above the recent swing high (for short)
Target :
- Use Risk:Reward ratio of 1:2
- Or trail the stop loss as EMAs move in your favor

This is the biggest golden rule of strategy, when the market is in the Uptrend, then we could not think of short, Similarly if market is in down trend then we will never bank Buy. If you follow this rule then your loss will be reduced by 50% Because you are not going against the Trend.
